Store Associate Job Description At Rosauers Supermarkets, our store associates are the welcoming faces that greet customers and provide them with an enjoyable shopping experience. We are looking for a friendly store associate to greet customers and assist them with all their shopping needs
Objectives for this role
– Provide outstanding customer service, with special emphasis on each customer’s experience
– Be a team player, provide customer service and contribute to a positive work environment
– Ensure our store is freshly stocked and presentable, and ready to service customers’ needs Responsibilities may include
– Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
– Interact with customers, answer questions, and help locate items in the store
– Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
– Operate cash registers, take payments, and issue receipts
– Stock shelves with product, update display cases and other customer
-facing areas COMPENSATION JOBREQUIREMENTS
– Ensure work areas are presentable and ready to service customers by cleaning up the store
– Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by regulatory agencies
– Cooperate and team up with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction
– Help in other departments based on the needs of the store and our customers
– Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company There is the opportunity to work and/or help in any department based on the needs of the store.
Each department needs customer service provided, items re-stocked, and aisle clean up as needed. Requirements and Skills
– Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
– Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to team members
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B) only
